Legendary pop superstar Kylie Minogue has released the first single off her upcoming album Tension. Entitled, “Padam Padam,” the song features an insanely catchy rift and steamy lyrics suggesting an unforgettable one night stand with her just might get your heart pounding. Said Minogue of her upcoming album:
“I started this album with an open mind and a blank page. Unlike my last two albums there wasn’t a “theme,” it was about finding the heart or the fun or the fantasy of that moment and always trying to service the song. I wanted to celebrate each song’s individuality and to dive into that freedom. I would say it’s a blend of personal reflection, club abandon and melancholic high.”

Steps has released its first new single from its upcoming Platinum Collection album! Entitled, “Hard 2 Forget,” the song was written by US pop artist VINCINT with Grammy-nominee JHart (Little Mix) and STORYBOARDS, the track is also accompanied today by a brand-new video – watch here. Set in an East London café after a massive night out, the video features a colourful cast of characters including Drag Race UK star Charity Kase.
Describing the song, Steps add: “This 25th anniversary year has been all about looking back at our history and celebrating so many wonderful moments throughout our career. The last few years have been made extra special by the incredible response to our new music. We couldn’t release the Platinum Collection without something brand-new for our fans, and we are SO excited to share our new single ‘Hard 2 Forget’. The moment we heard it, we knew it had the DNA of a classic Steps song but with a modern edge. We hope you all love it as much as we do!”

On the April 2nd episode of the Graham Norton Show, Rupaul’s Drag Race superstar Michelle Visage joined UK mega-star pop group Steps to perform their new single, “Heartbreak in this City” from Step’s new album What the Future Holds. While fans were quick to note Steps’ member Lisa Scott-Lee was missing from the performance, the group clarified her absence as a consequence of traveling restrictions into the UK from Dubai, where Scott-Lee resides. Lisa will rejoin Steps for their world tour later in the year. Excitingly, the group also announced Visage will be lending some guest vocals on Steps’ September release of a new album, What the Future Holds, Part 2! Swedish pop superstar Eric Saade returned to familiar roots a few weeks ago performing his new single, “Every Minute” in the Medlodifestivalen Swedish song competition. The song marks a return to performing in English after Eric’s last album, Det svarta faret (Black Sheep), recorded entirely in Swedish, proved to be a major hit.
